1. General Information
Peterson Roofing & Construction LLC provides roofing, gutter installation, fencing, deck and pergola construction, soft washing, pressure washing, and related exterior home improvement services throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time without notice.
2. Estimates & Inspections
All estimates and inspections are free unless otherwise stated in writing.
Estimates are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection.
Hidden or unforeseen damage may require additional labor, materials, or cost adjustments.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
3. Scheduling & Project Timelines
Scheduling is based on weather conditions, crew availability, and material availability.
Roofing projects are commonly completed in one day, but timelines are not guaranteed.
Rescheduling may occur for safety reasons, weather delays, or unexpected conditions.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and clear access to the work area.
Remove personal items from work zones.
Keep children and pets away from active construction areas.
Inform us of any known structural issues or hazards.
Peterson Roofing & Construction LLC is not responsible for damage to items left within work areas or areas exposed during construction.
5. Payments & Deposits
A deposit is required for roofing, fencing, gutter installations, decking, pergola builds, and other construction-related projects.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
Accepted payment methods include ACH, Zelle, check, and credit card (processing fees apply).
Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unpaid invoices may incur late fees.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may request to reschedule only if materials have not yet been ordered.
Once materials are ordered, schedules are locked in and cannot be changed without additional fees (if applicable).
Emergency weather delays initiated by Peterson Roofing & Construction LLC do not incur penalties for the customer.
7. Warranties
All installation work is backed by a workmanship warranty.
Manufacturer warranties apply only to the products installed and are subject to manufacturer terms.
Damage caused by storms, improper maintenance, or third-party contractors is not covered.
Pressure washing and soft washing services do not include guarantees regarding pre-existing stains, oxidation, or material deterioration.
8. Roofing Disclaimers
Roofing inspections are visual and non-invasive. Internal structural issues may not be detectable.
We are not responsible for existing damage, rot, mold, pest infestation, or structural deterioration discovered during construction.
Additional charges may apply if hidden issues are uncovered that were not visible during initial inspection.
We are not responsible for leaks caused by unrelated structural or plumbing issues.
9. Storm Damage & Emergency Services
Emergency tarping is a temporary protective measure and cannot guarantee prevention of all further interior damage.
Insurance claims are the responsibility of the homeowner.
We assist with documentation but do not guarantee claim approval or insurance settlement outcomes.
10. Exterior Cleaning Services (Pressure Washing & Soft Washing)
We use industry-standard cleaning solutions and methods for all exterior cleaning services.
Some stains, oxidation, and discoloration may not be fully removable.
Soft washing is safe for most surfaces but may reveal pre-existing wear or aging that was previously hidden.
Peterson Roofing & Construction LLC is not responsible for deterioration of surfaces that are already compromised prior to washing.
11. Fencing, Decks & Pergolas
Wood is a natural material and may expand, contract, weather, or develop cracks over time.
Pressure-treated lumber and cedar may contain natural knots or imperfections.
Staining or sealing is recommended for longevity but is not included unless specifically noted in the estimate.
12. Liability Limitations
Peterson Roofing & Construction LLC is not liable for:
Damage caused by severe weather
Pre-existing structural or material issues
Lost nails or debris despite thorough cleanup
Landscaping disturbances within reasonable work areas
Damages resulting from hidden or unforeseen problems
Loss of income, property value, or indirect damages
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
13. Website Usage
By using this website, you agree not to misuse content, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts website functionality.
